Hello

MRI findings suggests mild age related atrophic changes.
Atrophy is evident by mildly prominent sulci and gyri with prominent ventricles.
Atrophy is a normal physiological process and it happens with every person with aging.
With aging, brain volume shrinks and this allows ventricles to expand.

There are also spondylotic changes in cervical spine. There is inter-vertebral disc bulge at C5-6 level.
These are degenerative changes and majority of patient only require conservative treatment.
It is also important to know nerve roots compression etc, which is not mentioned in your query.

Get well soon.
Take Care
